Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier conditions. An order confirmation means the order was received; it does not mean the order has shipped.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it is generally sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to begin showing carrier movement.

Multiple-item orders

Items in the same order may be fulfilled separately and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately after ordering if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, and other events outside the store’s direct control may affect delivery. Contact us with your order number if tracking appears stalled or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.
